Against Chris williams’ politics of division

Chris WIlliamson was running for re-election in Derby. There was a concern that he could win, despite having made a string of antisemitic remarks about Jews. Williamson’s comments and his refusal to back down embarassed Labour, and was a part of their historically absolute defeat in 2019.

I devised this direct to camera attack ad against Chris Willimson and worked with Tess from the Jewish Labour Movement to deliver a precise, to the point, message “Reject Chris Williamson’s Politics of Division”, in the voice of the community most impacted by his regular forays into anti-semitic tropes. Shot and cut in a day, as per usual election demands.
